The products sold through the website www.revoramedical.ro are the property of REVORA. REVORA guarantees that the products are new, packed in special cardboard boxes and at the time of delivery are accompanied by the tax invoice, according to the legislation in force.

The products are offered within the limit of the available stock, therefore www.revoramedical.ro reserves the right not to honor an order if the targeted product is no longer in the current offer on the website. REVORA undertakes, at the same time, to update the product offer on the website depending on the availability of the products in stock.

The prices presented on the website in the product list include VAT (19%), but do not include delivery costs. In the "Shopping basket" section, both the total price of the product (VAT included) and the total price of the order (transport costs and VAT included) will be displayed.

REVORA undertakes to correctly display on the website www.revoramedical.ro the prices and information regarding the characteristics and availability of the products. However, system errors may still appear in the display or calculation of prices. At the same time, REVORA reserves the right to modify and update product descriptions without any prior notification.



The price reductions cannot be combined with other discounts valid in the same period.

The right to return purchased products

Sterile medical devices presented, ordered, delivered and paid for on this website are not returnable according to Oug 34/2014.

According to Ordinance 130/2000 as amended by Law 51/2003, Law 365/2002, Law 363/2007 and GEO 174/2008 - regarding consumer protection when concluding and executing distance contracts, the consumer has the right to unilaterally denounce the distance contract , within 14 calendar days, without penalties and without citing any reason.

The quality of the products is as stipulated in the specifications and technical standards of the manufacturer. The images and technical specifications are informative, can be changed without prior notice and do not constitute a contractual obligation. The images may contain elements that are not part of the product package.

The buyer can refuse delivery of goods that are damaged. Any complaint related to the quality of the purchased products must be reported within a maximum of 2 days. Complaints will be resolved in accordance with the legal provisions in force, at least 48 hours after delivery but no later than 2 months after the complaint was registered, in the following ways: repair of the complained of defects or replacement of the complained of products.

Return non-compliant items by the Buyer will be delivered in sealed parcels accompanied by the delivery document and only after notifying and obtaining the Seller's consent. Products with signs of wear, impact, scratches, etc., customized products according to the Buyer's requirements, are not accepted for return.


The only costs that will be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products.
